Meet John Daniel and his wife Jerlin, proud owners of Kabob Cafe. With over 20 years of international experience, John has mastered hotels, restaurants, and airline catering worldwide. Inspired by his father, he specializes in Middle Eastern, Indian, Mediterranean, and global cuisines, blending creativity with precision to deliver meals that delight every guest while maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency.
